Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in downtown LA, staff. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment for our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed, from a fitness center to a business center, to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. The location in downtown LA was ideal, as it allowed us easy access to all the attractions and activities this city has to offer. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.

Limited late-night dining options, especially for children. Everything great.

This hotel is tired. The bathroom is puny and old. Parking cost was too high at $35 per day for guests.

The entire hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. Convenient location for our needs. Fitness center very nice. Parking expensive but I believe that is normal for downtown. I thought the cost was reasonable. I was very pleased with our stay.

The crazy rules and heavy politics at this hotel. We were shocked to find out that the bar does not serve any food or drinks for children after 10pm, which left us with no options for our late night cravings.
